ProOperate and Group Lamerica to Collaborate

Group Lamerica has established a Joint Marketing Agreement with ProOperate, L.L.C. for the purpose of marketing the collective service offerings of both companies, particularly with respect to merger and acquisition transactions involving companies in Latin American and the US.

Given the growing business and trade opportunities throughout the Americas and Mexico, strategic expansion by US companies into Latin American, and Latin American companies into the US is on the increase. For companies considering such growth initiatives , organic growth or forming a joint venture or pursuing a merger/acquisition are viable strategic choices. According to Steve Crane, ProOperate’s Managing Partner, “Our agreement with Group Lamerica enables the two companies to leverage their respective strengths and professional consulting and operational services to deliver on these strategic client initiatives and needs.”
